These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Polymorf's website, located at www.polymorf.se.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use this website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person visiting this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "Polymorf", "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Sweden. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.


Manufacturing

Please note that many of our products are made to order in our workshop in Malmö, Sweden. Slight variations in each product that is made to order may occur. Each one of these products might also differ slightly from the pictures.

The estimated production time of an order containing made to order objects, from the moment of purchase, is around fifteen (15) to twenty (20) working days.


Size

Where the size of an object is specified, please note that this is approximate.


Prices and Payment

For our Swedish and EU customers, prices include Swedish VAT (25%).

If you're representing a company or an organisation based in EU with a valid VAT registration number and would like to make an order without VAT, please contact us at shop@polymorf.se

Prices exclude shipping cost, which will be automatically added (and the cost shown) if shipping has been selected as the delivery method, in the summary of your shopping cart prior to paying for your order.

Prices and shipping cost is liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders where the payment has been already completed.


Shipping and Delivery

Items will be shipped from Malmö, Sweden, by TNT, Bring, DHL, DSV, UPS, or Jetpak together with official documentation declaring the exact total of all merchandise purchased.

Most of our products are made to order. The estimated production time of an order containing made to order objects, from the moment of purchase, is around fifteen (15) to twenty (20) working days.


Customs

All orders will be shipped from our headquarters in Sweden. You are subjected to all import duties, taxes and tariffs on any products ordered, which are imposed in your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.


Please note, that no duty has to be paid, when shipping products to countries within the European Union (EU).


Returns

If something didn’t work out, you have the opportunity to return your order (or any items pertaining to it) within fourteen (14) days after delivery date.

You are welcome to send us the return by your own method. We would suggest you use a trackable service from your local post service. As long as you notify us of the return within fifteen (15) days of delivery, we will be a little patient.

If you send it by your own method, we highly recommend that you use a method with tracking as we can only take responsibility for items once they are delivered and a lost parcel without tracking is not something we can take responsibility for.

Please send your return items with the return form which was included in your parcel together with the invoice. Please email us at shop@polymorf.se in case you have lost your return form and need a new one.

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Please note that shipping fees are costs we incur and therefore are not refundable.


Refunds

Once your return has been received, you will receive a full refund within fourteen (14) days. Please note that returns can take up to twenty-one (21) days to reach us. At peak times the return process may take a little longer.

Card refunds can take up to ten (10) working days depending on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.


Cookies

We employ the use of cookies to store your shopping cart, delivery, and currency data.


Privacy

We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of your personal data, and have instituted strict policies and security measures to protect the information you provide us.

Polymorf will not sell or rent our customer’s personal data to any other entity.

If you make a purchase we will collect your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and country and state or region of residence. Not all information is mandatory for making a purchase. We have marked mandatory information with the symbol (*) on our website.

We may share your data with our selected shipping companies, who may process your data in countries both inside and outside of the EU/EEA.

We will use your contact information to:

  • Process your purchase/orders and any returns;
  • Handle complaints you may have relating to your purchase; and
  • Communicate with you regarding your purchase and to answer and administer any questions or comments you may have regarding our products or services;

We will retain your data for as long as necessary for this purpose.

If you have contacted Polymorf regarding a complaint, return or question, the e-mail or chat conversation will be stored for as long as it is necessary to administer your matter.


License

Unless otherwise stated, Polymorf and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Polymorf. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Polymorf for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Polymorf;
  • Sell, rent or sub-license material from Polymorf;
  • Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Polymorf; and
  • Redistribute content from Polymorf

Hyperlinking to Our Content

The following organizations may link to our website without prior written approval:

  • Government agencies;
  • Search engines;
  • News organizations;
  • Online directory distributors may link to our website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the websites of other listed businesses; and

Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website.

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your website. No link(s) should appear on any website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.


Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our website upon request.
